Currently, you can install TubeSpanner for the PC and Mac version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge. Safari is coming soon.
Waiting Time for Updates on Browsers:
When TubeSpanner updates the browser extension, it can be instant to almost two weeks depending on the browser.
- FireFox - about 30 seconds
- Chrome - about 3 days
- Edge - about 2 weeks.
Compatibility Notes and FAQs:
Due to limitations and requirements by iOS and Android mobile stores TubeSpanner is not available for the mobile browser on your phone, tablet or Chromebook. While it may be possible to install the TubeSpanner browser on mobile browsers like Yandex, Panda or Opera these are not officially supported and we can not guarantee the functionality or safety of our extension for these browsers.
From time to time there are outages in the tools that we offer. YouTube and your browser will occasionally make updates to their user interface which can affect or break access for our tools. We do not get advance notice for these updates and often they only appear for subsets of YouTube creators.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and give you our promise that we will work harder than anyone else to ensure these outages are reduced to a minimum and resolved in a timely manner.
