It can be difficult managing multiple posts intended to span the marketing and promotion of your YouTube work across the various different social media platforms. Which is why TubeSpanner created their Scheduler tool. With this you can easily create, manage and schedule all your posts in one simple place. To begin first log into your TubeSpanner dashboard at app.tubespanner.com/dashboard
To schedule your post click on the Schedule a Post button beneath your TubeSpanner calendar of events at the right side of your dashboards’ main page (or select Schedule a Post from the options that appear when you hover over the calendar).
From here you will need to fill out the information for that post using the TubeSpanner post editor. You can write out your post, add links, images and attachments, schedule the day/time of your post, select the various platforms you want it posted to and include intervals for the repetition of that post:
When this is complete you can hit Publish Now to schedule that post or hit Save Draft if you prefer to come back and update the post before publishing.
In order to schedule your post for different platforms you will first need to add the links to your social media for TubeSpanner. To do so just go to Connected Accounts from the left-hand menu on your TubeSpanner Dashboard’s main page and then select Connect Social Channel to add the accounts.
Finally, TubeSpanner also gives you the ability to schedule events for your channel. To do this select the option to Add Event beneath the TubeSpanner Calendar on the dashboard’s home page.
Here you will need to fill out a title for the event and the description, then you can schedule a Start Date, End Date, you can modify the color of the event to organize different events on your calendar and you can include a URL link (with modified link text).
